Effect of Flipped Classroom Strategy

SUMMARY
This article examines the impact of the flipped classroom strategy on academic achievement, self-confidence, and perception of nursing students compared to conventional teaching methods. In this study, the authors conducted a comparative analysis between two groups of nursing students: one group taught using the flipped classroom strategy and the other group using conventional teaching methods. Academic achievement was assessed through exams and assignments, while self-confidence and perception were evaluated through self-report measures.
The study's findings indicate that students in the flipped classroom group demonstrated higher academic achievement than those in the conventional teaching group. Additionally, students in the flipped classroom group reported increased self-confidence in their learning abilities and a more positive perception of the learning experience than their counterparts in the conventional teaching group.
These results suggest that the flipped classroom strategy has a positive impact on nursing students' academic performance, self-confidence, and perception of their learning experience.
