The Academy for Academic Excellence and Research (AAER) promotes research and application of research in education with emphasis on teaching and learning. 

The AAER aims to:

• make the existing educational research knowledge available to educators in simple form by publishing academic/research/professional journals and magazines

• create education awareness through its website and social media

• connect with the stakeholders in education by bringing key facts from research to practice.

AAER's first Professional Journal is Excellent Educator. AAER mandates to publish education journals that can help bring advancement in the field of education by providing a platform for researchers and educators to share their findings and ideas. It also wish to disseminate knowledge, promote innovation, and encourage collaboration among professionals in the field.
