Summary of Ramli et al., 2024Â
This study looks at how committed teachers are to their schools and how that affects their discipline. Teachers who care about their school and feel proud of their work tend to follow rules and behave professionally. The study uses surveys to show that commitment and discipline are connected. Teachers who feel supported and involved are more likely to stay focused and responsible.
The findings suggest that school leaders can improve discipline by building teacher commitment. This can be done through mentorship, recognition, and giving teachers a voice in decisions. A strong school culture helps teachers stay motivated and follow rules. Supporting teachers in this way can lead to better behavior and more consistent teaching.
